Our process begins by collecting scrap tires and organizing them based on the client’s requirements. If you require whole tires, we deliver them as-is. For sectioned tires, we carefully remove the sidewalls and section the treads into quarters, six, or eight pieces per tire. This method allows for efficient stacking and maximizes the quantity of tire material that fits into a single container, saving on shipping costs and minimizing wasted space.

By sectioning and stacking tires efficiently, we are able to fit 3 to 4 containers' worth of material into just one, drastically reducing shipping costs. This allows customers to receive the required amount of material without paying for excess container space. The only limitation is the total allowed shipping weight of the container, ensuring that the shipment remains cost-effective.
